BILLING: For Founding Members, membership begins with a six-month commitment at $150 per month ($200 for couples). Today's payment covers December, and all programming before December is free. After that, you'll be billed on the 1st of each month starting January 1. After your initial six months (December–May), membership becomes month-to-month.
DISCOUNTED SESSIONS: Discounted sessions don’t roll over, but you get one per month at 20% off and subsequent sessions during that month at 10% off. These percentages will stay the same as my rate goes up.
REFERRAL PROGRAM: You are still welcome to refer your people to me, either for session work or for membership inside In Good Company. If you do refer someone, both you and they receive a free month.
CONFIDENTIALITY: All In Good Company spaces (calls, telegram group) are confidential. Check here to agree not to share the stories of others.
CONTAINER: In Good Company is a therapeutic space, but not appropriate for those in ongoing crisis without additional session support from Lara or another professional.
GROUP: The calls are group spaces, so individual attention is not guaranteed on every call.
PARTICIPATION: This group relies on all members having an attunement to the group space. Show up as fully as you can, but because this is a shared space, also be mindful of attuning to the group as a whole when it comes to things like taking up space/time on shared calls, and checking in with others about what sort of support they want before offering. I want all group members to feel equally invited to take up space and share and I’m asking that we all hold that together. If you get confused about any of this, ask me!
